Welcome to Millesg?rden, sculptor Carl Milles' home on the island of Liding÷. Millesg?rden is one of Stockholm's most popular and well-visited attractions. The artist's major works are represented here, and the beautiful terraces offer a wide panorama over Stockholm. Carl Milles' collection of art from ancient Greece and Rome, as well as from medieval times and the Renaissance, unique in our land, are on display. Carl Milles' atelier has recently been restored and visitors can now get a better understanding of how this versatile artist lived and worked. Temporary Swedish and international exhibitions are arranged throughout the year in a beautiful new exhibition hall adjoining the lower terrace.
