FORT YORK. Fort York was established in 1793. The eight original buildings have been restored to their 1812 appearance and depict early military life in Upper Canada. Guards in the uniform of the 8th (King's) Regiment give demonstrations daily July through August. The facilities are open year round. More information atwww.TorontoHistory.on.ca.
