The zoo's 287 hectares contain more than 5,000 animals representing most of the world's geographic regions, underwater exhibits and seven indoor pavilions - Indo-Malaya, Africa, the Americas, Australasia, Indian Rhino, Gaur and the Malayan Woods - in natural habitat displays. A popular way to see the zoo is abroad one of the seasonal Zoo-mobiles. Camel rides, food, picnic facilities and stroller, wagon and wheelchair rentals are available all year.
