Trafalgar Square - London

Trafalgar Square. Conceived by John Nash, the Square was constructed in the 1830s to commemorate Admiral Lord Nelson who died at the Battle of Trafalgar. The Corinthian column, 170 feet tall and built in 1842, is capped by a statue of Nelson.
