Underground City - Montreal
Underground City. Montr?al above-ground is like the tip of an iceberg: there's so much more to it than meets the eye. In fact, Montr?al is also a fascinating underground city -- a 30-kilometer network of boutiques, restaurants, theatres, movie theatres, hotels, train and bus stations, a college and universities, banks, shopping centres, office towers and residential complexes -- all linked by the city's world-famous Metro. In winter, the underground city makes it possible to live, work, play and shop in Montr?al without ever setting foot outside!

Union Station - Washington DC
Union Station. The beautifully rejuvenated Union Station is not only one of Washington's major transportation hubs, but also has emerged as one of Washington's most visited attractions. Completed in 1908, Union Station was designed by Daniel H. Burnham in Imperial/Beaux Art style. After decades of decay, the early 20th century structure was completely restored by 1988. Thirty-six figures of Roman legionnaires keep watch over more than 100 specialty shops, an international food court, several restaurants, nine movie theaters, as well as the AMTRAK terminal and a Metro station. While waiting for your train or just shopping, admire the 96-foot gold inlaid ceiling.
