Music Gardens - Toronto THE TORONTO MUSIC GARDEN. The Toronto Music Garden is part of the City's 40-acre Harbourfront parkland system and an integral component of the ""Harbourfront"" vision. The result of thirty years of concerted effort by four levels of government, Harbourfront showcases Toronto*s unique lakefront parkland, as well as our cultural artistic and environmental accomplishments. The Toronto Music Garden springs from the imagination of renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma, garden designer Julie Moir Messervy and filmmaker Niv Fichman.
